A tavern in Ma'Rukh frequented by the Twin Bloods.
The tavern is named in honor of Rishik, a drunkard captain who rammed his ship against a sea monster that was attacking Ma'Rukh. The captain did help the city's defenders somewhat, but drowned after the crash.
