The shopkeeper of Jade Garden Elixirs in Jinhou, whom Xiong Li wanted to meet in Jinhou the morning after the events at the warehouse.
She insists that her customers try out her cupcakes.
Xiong Li's private meeting with her: <spoiler show="Show spoiler" hide="Hide spoiler">She and Xiong had a private discussion in Xinguan language in the storeroom. Lady Kiwa seems to operate some kind of information network. She is terrified about the idea of someone high up manipulating them to create a witness. She wants Xiong to avoid any danger while she tracks down the real source of the leak about the meeting in the warehouse.</spoiler>
At Xiong’s behest, she organizes a transport (a carriage) and a safehouse so that the party can hide Saki from the police.
Meets Tatsuya Sekigahara together with Xiong Li in the Hidden Sanctuary restaurant. At the end of the meeting, Sekigahara takes Xiong Li “under his protection” and separates the two.
After reuniting with Xiong Li, she Informs him about rumours about Azai Kazuaki’s death.
