The royal advisor of foreign intelligence in Cen.
He's escorting Faris Anwar when the party meets him in the waiting room.
When the party is questioned about their recent past in the audience chamber, he and Thaz-Malat are the ones doing most of the questioning.
After having a brief discussion with the queen and Vil-Seilen, he declares the interrogation over and informs the party that they are allowed to leave the palace grounds with Vil-Seilen or Vol-Zorya accompanying them.
He also says that Micah Sellic will be informed that Ricky cannot attend the dinner to which he was invited to tonight.
When the party is released from the interrogation, he wants the party to inform him if they learn anything about Void. He gives the party a special ring so that they can more easily contact him.
