Luxan diplomat on a mission in Cen. Has two female bodyguards dressed like nuns.
Despite reportedly being 80 years old, he looks like a young man in his teens.
He recognizes Ricky as Reinhardt, the amnesiac hero from Chevell who saved the city of Caelumnis and then went missing. He indirectly invites Ricky to have dinner at his airship so he can tell him about his past.
Has taken charge of cooking aboard the Viator, due to the warrior nuns not being very good at cooking. He, however, seems very talented in the culinary arts after 40 years of practice.
Has been looking into Ricky's past ever since he disappeared and reveals what he's learned about him.
He and other Luxan diplomats are tasked by the saint to look for Reinhardt and bring him to Sanctorum.
